Shipping Policy

We make it a priority to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, unless there are circumstances beyond our control such as weekends, holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we are dedicated to delivering your items as swiftly as possible.

Once we receive your payment, our team will begin to process your order. We make use of a third-party courier service to deliver your items. While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the package is in the hands of the courier. Although we work with responsible and competent courier service, the delivery times during this phase are beyond our control.

If you encounter any shipping issues, we will make every effort to assist you. However, we kindly request your understanding and patience as much of the delivery process is out of our hands at this point.

If you have any inquiries regarding delivery times or issues, please first reach out to the courier service provider. It is important to note that providing a valid phone number is crucial to ensure prompt delivery. The courier may need to contact the recipient before the delivery can be completed.

Orders & Shipping

  • No deliveries to P.O. Box addresses or PostNet branches
  • All order are sent via courier service: No collections
  • Door-to-door delivery within South Africa
  • PUDO (Pick-Up-Drop-Off) option is available
  • Packaging is discreet and does not reflect contents
  • Order information must include a valid South African cell phone number as well as a full physical delivery address

Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. All orders received and paid for by 1 pm shipped same day
  • Orders placed after 1 pm weekdays are shipped the following day
  • Orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays are shipped the following Monday
  • Delivery within 24 - 72 working hours after dispatch
  • Waybill and tracking information will be provided
  • No Saturday deliveries

Delivery Address

  • Provide correct shipping address. Renegade Seed Co. will not be held accountable for incorrect information provided
  • Title and risk pass to the customer once the order has been delivered

Proof of Delivery

  • Person receiving the parcel at the nominated delivery address is presumed to be the authorised person unless specified otherwise

Undeliverable Packages

  • Courier service will attempt re-delivery
  • Undelivered parcels will be returned to the store at the customer’s expense
  • Re-delivery from the store will incur additional costs
