Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delays may occur during public holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Areas & Delivery Options

We ship exclusively within South Africa.
Eligible delivery addresses include:
- Pudo Box locations (excluding lockers)
- Physical business premises
- Residential/home addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or PostNet branches.
Courier service may vary depending on location and order size.

Shipping Fees

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders.
Fees may adjust during sales or promotions and will reflect at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Expected delivery is 2–5 business days, based on your location.
We are not responsible for courier or third-party delays.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery or pickup.
Inspect your parcel immediately and report any issues within 48 hours.

Duties & Taxes

There are no import duties on local deliveries.
You are responsible for any local or municipal tax obligations.

Address Requirements

Ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.
Additional fees due to incorrect information will be billed to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

Report missing deliveries within 10 days of shipment confirmation.
Resolutions (refunds or replacements) are at RSC’s sole discretion.
